Enquiries and communication
When you send an enquiry, we process your name, email address, message and any optional details you provide to respond and discuss your project. Where you request steps before entering a contract, the basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b); for other enquiries, our legitimate interest in maintaining business relationships applies under Article 6(1)(f). Please avoid sending sensitive or unrelated information.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and reasonably continue the conversation, and periodically review correspondence that is no longer relevant. Information relating to a project, contract, accounting or dispute is kept according to applicable requirements and for as long as needed for that purpose.
Website operation and service providers
Hosting and communications providers may process IP address, request time, requested page and technical information to deliver and secure the site and investigate faults. The basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Website and email providers may process enquiries as part of their services.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 for website statistics only with your consent. The Google tag does not load before consent or after rejection. The _ga and _ga_* analytics cookies last up to 180 days; your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. Change or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops measurement and removes accessible analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete previously transmitted data. The service provided by Google Ireland Limited receives public page addresses without query parameters and technical browser information; an IP address is used to establish the connection. We do not send form contents, email addresses or phone numbers to analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, request data portability.
