Lighting for developers and investors
Clear decisions. Before equipment is ordered.
Lighting aligned with your building’s goals, budget and programme.
Budget overruns, late handovers and last-minute changes have a cost. We help make lighting decisions earlier, supported by calculations, equipment prices and operational needs.

Decisions for your project team
Where to invest. What to check early.
We consider each choice in the context of the whole building, from the first impression to everyday use.
Invest where the difference is visible
Entrances, lobbies, facades and grounds shape the first impression. We help identify where a distinctive effect matters and where reliable, functional and economical lighting should take priority.
Base equipment quantities on calculations
In DIALux 3D models, we assess illuminance, uniformity, luminaire parameters and positions. Checking the design before ordering equipment helps reduce the risk of avoidable rework.
Align supply with the construction programme
We check equipment availability and lead times. Choices are coordinated with the project programme before a delayed item becomes an installation problem.
Consider costs after handover
Purchase price is only part of the total cost. We consider energy use, maintenance, controls and replacement, alongside the purpose of the spaces and their operating hours.
Make decisions on a clear basis
We explain why a solution fits the building, where costs could be reduced and what alternatives would change. Your team can use this information to coordinate budgets, purchasing and delivery.
A solution in practice
Architectural expression. Lower installed power.
At Šiauliai Cathedral, installed lighting power was reduced from 6 kW to approximately 1.5 kW — a reduction of about 75%. This describes equipment power; actual energy use also depends on operating hours and controls.
