As daylight fades, a facade is seen in a different way. Light reveals selected surfaces and the rhythm of the architecture, giving the familiar building another presence in the city.
The rhythm of a facade after dark.

01 / The project
02 / The challenge
Where the project began.
The HANSAB office facade lighting on Savanorių Avenue in Vilnius brought together design, luminaire supply and installation. From the street, the building is seen as a whole; closer up, the relationship between light and individual facade surfaces becomes more apparent.

03 / The approach
How the lighting took shape.
The lighting project was authored by Robertas Štaševskis and Jolanta Sosno. JustLight contributed to the design and supplied the luminaires, while UAB MILERA carried out the installation.
04 / The result
The space in a new light.
Completed in 2024, the illuminated facade was photographed by Gerda Ramonė. The project shows how the work of designers, suppliers and installers combines to turn a lighting idea into an experience of the building after dark.
